Think "Tazer". Given the mechanical and electrical woes you've already had with these scooters, you could easily explain away any sparky incidents with the words "design flaw"... And the comments some of the people left on that PI article this morning were shocking! I wish there was an easier way to fight this dilemna other then going to court. What's really maddening is that it's got to be more then one person moving a scooter that's locked up. Someone needs to invent a security motion camera for us two-wheelers!
